Job Role of the Engineering Manager

A superb opportunity has arisen for a experienced Engineering Manager to join a supportive and collaborative engineering team within a busy manufacturing site near Rochester. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 10 engineers, involved in technical, Reliability and Projects. The company prides itself on a positive working culture where teamwork and mutual respect are at the centre of daily operations.

Experienced working as a Engineering Manager/Maintenance Manager within Industrial or Manufacturing industry
Engineering Qualification
Requirements for the Engineering Manager

Management and Leadership Experience
Technical background 
Reliability/Projects and Improvements experience 
Desirable Requirements for the Engineering Manager

Previous experience working as a Engineering Manager/Maintenance Manager in the UK.
Electrical/Mechanical background
