Salary: Up to £50K (DOE)

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Your Day-to-Day

  • Take ownership of multidisciplinary engineering projects from concept through to completion
  • Plan, lead, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification
  • Carry out feasibility studies, costings, and CAPEX forecasts
  • Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery
  • Identify challenges early and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track


What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Proven experience managing projects in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or food & beverage environments
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Desirable: IOSH/NEBOSH and APM or PRINCE2 certification
