About the Role

We're looking for an experienced

Engineering Project Manager

to join Premier Foods and play a key role in delivering excellence across our capital projects. You'll oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced FMCG environment!

What You'll Do

Lead and deliver capital, revenue, and improvement projects on time and within budget. Develop project plans, manage resources, and monitor progress against timelines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimise plant capability. Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and environmental standards. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years' experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG. Strong engineering and maintenance background. Degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Engineering, or related field. Proven track record in project delivery and budget management. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
