What You'll Do:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring candidates receive a first-class service
Advise clients confidently at director level, offering recruitment solutions that truly add value
Source, attract, and assess candidates using proven headhunting techniques
Work closely with management to understand current vacancies
Build talent pipelines for current and future requirements
Use effective questioning to match candidates to roles
Maintain high attention to detail while keeping records up to date

What We're Looking For:
Ideally Previous Engineering recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
Must have a degree 2;2 or higher
Highly organised, calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detail
Confident, driven, energetic, and focused
Skilled at headhunting using proven techniques
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Skilled in MS Office and, ideally, applicant tracking systems
High-performing, resilient, and motivated to learn
