Job Role of the Engineering Shift Manager. The Engineering Shift Manager will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, supervising a team of engineers and Team Leaders on a day to day basis, involved in planning and organising the engineering department, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.
