ENGINEERING SHIFT TEAM LEADER Job Title: Engineering Shift Team Leader Location: Wrexham Salary: £53,345 Shift: 2 Days / 2 Nights / 4 Off (Rotating) Job Role of the Engineering Shift Team Leader We're looking to appoint an Engineering Shift Team Leader to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing site operating within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The business is continuing to grow and offers strong long-term stability and progression opportunities. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for leading the engineering team on shift, ensuring maintenance activities are delivered effectively and supporting the smooth running of production operations. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, driving performance and ensuring compliance across all engineering functions on shift. Sector – Factory Maintenance (FMCG / Food Manufacturing) Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Shift Team Leader • Multi-skilled engineer with a background in a

manufacturing environment . • Engineering qualification. • Previous experience in a

leadership or supervisory role . Requirements for the Engineering Shift Team Leader • Experience leading and supporting an

engineering team

• Strong understanding of

planned and reactive maintenance (CMMS systems) . • Ability to drive

continuous improvement and root cause analysis . • Experience planning and allocating work to support production. • Hands on Engineering experience • Strong understanding of

health & safety, GMP and site compliance standards . • Experience managing

contractors, permits to work and shift resources . • Strong communication and organisational skills. Desirable Requirements for the Engineering Shift Team Leader • Experience within an

FMCG or food manufacturing environment . • Experience supporting audits, NCRs and compliance activities. The Engineering Shift Team Leader will benefit from: • Working for a
