Engineering Stores Coordinator

Location: Worksop, S81 7AY
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 (37.5 hours)
Contract: Permanent
Help keep our engineering operation running smoothly by coordinating our critical stores, systems, and supplies.
About the Role
As our Engineering Stores Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring engineering stores are well-managed, stocked, and compliant. You'll work closely with Engineering, Projects, Finance, Hygiene, and Safety to keep operations flowing-supporting everything from SAP transactions and stock management to contractor coordination and audit readiness.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage stock levels, supplier orders and SAP transactions.
  • Maintain calibration, compliance and food safety documentation.
  • Support audits, breakdowns and asset care processes.
  • Coordinate contractor set-ups, bookings and courier activity.
  • Resolve stock issues, support supplier meetings and maintain improvement actions.
  • Attend daily/weekly engineering reviews and support meeting notes.
  • Assist with shutdown planning, RAMs, special orders and legal requirements.

What We're Looking For Essential
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven experience coordinating and maintaining stocks in a stores environment.
  • High proficiency in SAP.
  • Training in DSEAR and COSHH.
  • Strong financial administration skills including cost tracking and budget management.
