Engineering Supervisor

Location: Commercial Building, Wandsworth

Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £58,000 per annum

Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to manage engineering operations at a well-maintained commercial building in Wandsworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 4 multi-skilled engineers, ensuring the site is operated safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, combining leadership with strong technical expertise in building services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise, manage, and support a team of 4 multi-skilled engineers

* Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance across the site

* Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to health & safety regulations

* Act as the main technical and operational point of contact on site

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and facilities management teams

* Monitor performance, manage workloads, and support engineer development

* Maintain site documentation, reports, and maintenance records

* Assist with audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Engineering Supervisor or Senior Engineer within commercial building services

* Strong technical background (electrical or mechanical bias )

* Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)

* Experience managing or leading engineering teams

* Good knowledge of commercial M&E systems

* Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills

* Professional, proactive, and client-focused attitude
