A growing AI-driven SaaS company is hiring an Engineering Team Lead to lead delivery and technical direction while remaining hands-on. This role suits a senior engineer or DevOps lead ready to step into people leadership.

As an Engineering Team Lead, you’ll lead a small cross-functional team, own technical delivery, and work closely with senior stakeholders to scale a secure, high-quality platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable software
• Remain hands-on with complex technical work and code reviews
• Manage, mentor, and develop engineers
• Own sprint planning, backlogs, and agile delivery
• Ensure strong AWS infrastructure and DevOps practices
• Support AI, automation, and CI/CD initiatives
• Embed security best practices and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years’ engineering experience; 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong AWS, DevOps, and cloud-native experience
• Proficient in Java and Python
• Experience with agile delivery and SaaS products
• Understanding of AI, MLOps, and automation
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills
• Comfortable supporting US-based customers

Nice to have: Startup experience, Azure exposure, UX awareness
