Hands-on role leading and developing a small team to provide engineering design, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement to a wide range of air movement products and innovative designs for future requirements. We are seeking someone with a strong project engineering skills with an electronics or mechanical background that has experience of leading a team. Office based :

Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 17:00. Lead and develop a multidisciplined team through R&D, design and production engineering Leadengineeringprojectswithclearstrategicdirectionandeffectiveresourceplanning Ensuretimelines,budgets,andqualitystandardsareconsistentlymet Monitor team performance and support professional development Oversee recruitment, training, and succession planning for the engineering team Product Design & Development Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and prototyping to testing, certification, and manufacturing handover Ensure products comply with ventilation, energy efficiency, and safety standards Collaborate with product management to translate customer requirements into practical engineering solutions Technical & Regulatory Oversight Ensure designs comply with relevant industry regulations, building regulations and standards, and environmental and sustainability directives Oversee product testing, validation, and certification Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent) 4+ years engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role Understanding of relevant manufacturing standards and regulations Experience with CAD - SolidWorks Strong project management experience Strong technical problem solver with a practical, hands-on approach Effective project management application
