This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Engineering Team Leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Engineering Team Leader – Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Engineers during your shift Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activity Ensure minimal downtime and support production targets Drive a proactive maintenance culture as an Engineering Team Leader Support continuous improvement and engineering projects Maintain site compliance with health & safety and food safety standards Act as the senior engineering contact on shift, escalating issues when needed Engineering Team Leader – Requirements: Proven experience in a similar Engineering Supervisor or Team Leader role Background in food manufacturing, FMCG, or another regulated industry Strong mechanical and/or electrical engineering knowledge Confident managing teams and leading from the front Flexible to work rotating shifts or nights, depending on site structure If you're interested in this opportunity and your CV is ready then hit the apply button and expect to hear from me soon.
