About the School This specialist Alternative Provision in Uxbridge supports students who are unable to access mainstream education due to SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, or previous school exclusions. The provision offers: Small class sizes (typically 6–8 pupils) High staff-to-student ratios with additional Teaching Assistant support A focused and flexible curriculum centred on core subjects and functional skills A structured, therapeutic approach to behaviour and emotional regulation A supportive team experienced in working with students with complex behavioural needs The English Teacher will play a key role in creating a safe, consistent, and engaging classroom environment, helping students re-engage with learning and work towards GCSE or alternative English qualifications, while developing essential life and communication skills.
