You will be teaching English across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 for an experienced candidate. The department works collaboratively and has a strong focus on clear routines, exam preparation and consistent classroom practice.

Key Responsibilities: Teach English across KS3KS4 (KS5 available for the right candidate) Plan and deliver lessons covering key texts, language and writing skills Prepare pupils for GCSE and A-Level examinations Contribute to curriculum planning and assessment Support pupils of varying abilities to achieve strong outcomes
Person Specification: QTS and a degree in English or a related subject Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice Experience teaching GCSE English (A-Level desirable) Clear and consistent behaviour management
