Key Responsibilities *Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons across KS3-KS4. *Plan, prepare, and assess work to ensure high standards of progress and achievement. *Contribute to curriculum development and innovation. *Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning. *Collaborate effectively with colleagues within a supportive department.
What We're Looking For *Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. *Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching English. *A track record (or clear potential) of delivering high quality lessons. *Strong communication and behaviour management skills. *A proactive, collaborative approach to teaching and school life.
