First For Education are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to work within secondary schools across Dudley. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to inspiring a love of literature and language while supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.

This role is suitable for ECTs and experienced teachers, with opportunities available on a short-term, long-term, or permanent basis.

You must hold a QTS qualification to be considered for this role.

The Role:

Deliver high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

*

Plan engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum

*

Assess, track, and report on pupil progress effectively

*

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

*

Maintain high standards of behaviour and safeguarding

The Ideal Candidate Will:

*

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

*

Have experience teaching English in a UK secondary school

*

Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills

*

Be passionate about pupil progress and wellbeing

*

Hold (or be willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS on the update service
