We are seeking a committed and inspirational English Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in the Letchworth Garden City from September 2026. This is an excellent permanent opportunity for a skilled educator to deliver high-quality lessons across KS3-KS4, with potential for KS5 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that supports student progress.
  • Assess and track student achievement, providing clear feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of the English curriculum.
  • Take part in departmental meetings, CPD, and whole-school initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
