An opportunity is available for an experiencedENT Consultantto join aleading outpatient service in London, delivering specialistEar, Nose and Throat consultationswithin a modern, patient-centred clinical environment. This role offersclinical autonomy and flexibilityfor a motivated consultant who values high-quality care delivery supported by excellent infrastructure and a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You'll manage a steady flow of ENT referrals, focusing on accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient satisfaction in a setting equipped for both consultations and minor procedures. This position is ideal for consultants seeking tobalance professional excellence with work-life flexibilityalongside existing commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensiveENT outpatient clinicsincluding history taking, examination, and diagnosis
  • Provide expert clinical advice and develop evidence-based treatment plans
  • Perform minor ENT procedures where skilled (nasendoscopy, ear microsuction, myringotomy)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient pathways and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate clinical records compliant with CQC and governance standards

Requirements:

  • GMC registration with licence to practise
  • Right to work in the UK
  • CCT / CESR or equivalent consultant-level experience
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • Commitment to high standards of patient care
  • Must be on the Specialist Register
