TalentCo are thrilled to be partnering with a mission-led tech organisation looking to hire a number of Enterprise Account Executives into their newly formed team. Our innovative client is transforming an often overlooked corner of the global market, bringing deeply human solutions to people who need them most. The Role
As Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing on new enterprise logos, increasing average contract value and driving revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, selling into the employee benefits teams of enterprise organisations.
We’re looking for someone with an exceptional track-record of success in a closing sales role selling into HR and employee benefits teams. You navigate complex sales processes with ease and have consistently overachieved throughout your career. You are creative, energetic and proactive - equally comfortable leveraging your network and cold-prospecting alongside an SDR to generate opportunities and make things happen.
This is a remote-first company, though you will have access to an office both in London and Scotland.
What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and develop relationships with HR and benefits leaders to drive new business.
- Exceed pipeline and revenue targets, landing new clients through your network, outbound prospecting, partner activity, and marketing support.
- Become a key advocate for the company’s mission and value proposition, sparking interest and leading client demos and meetings.
- Take a consultative, solution-oriented approach to sales, focusing on delivering value to customers.
- Develop deep industry expertise, positioning yourself as a thought leader in the space.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of success in a B2B closing role, ideally with at least 2 years selling into enterprise HR and/or benefits teams.
- Proven track record of closing net-new business with £1m annual targets.
- Ability to challenge HR leaders’ thinking, being the expert in the room and helping them see problems from a new perspective.
- A proactive, independent mindset, with a willingness to take risks and experiment with creative sales strategies to achieve success and surpass targets.
