We’re looking for a Enterprise / Solutions Architect with a strong foundation in data architecture to join a growing team. You will take the lead in migrating fragmented systems into a unified, governed data ecosystem that drives strategic business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver centralized data platforms aligned with business growth and data strategy Lead and drive data transformation with Snowflake and cloud technologies (AWS experience is a plus) Support and shape the data strategy, with a focus on governance and scalability Provide leadership in developing data pipelines and integrations, working across many teams and tools Bring stakeholders on a journey from chaotic data environments to a structured, centralized team Focus on data governance, ownership, and classification within a multi-team architecture Guide the transition to modern, cloud-native data platforms while ensuring effective data sharing
Skills & Expertise
Extensive experience with Snowflake and data platforms (SaaS, cloud-native) Expertise in AWS and data classification, including access levels, integrations, and governance Proven track record leading data teams to deliver scalable data pipelines and data products Experience with data architecture oversight and supporting data strategy development Ability to navigate complex, multi-team environments with a focus on governance and standardization Deep understanding of data engineering fundamentals and integrations with multiple solutions Has experience in leading data teams and driving enterprise-level solutions Can understand and manage data governance, architecture oversight, and cloud integrations Is passionate about standardizing processes and taking ownership of data strategy and transformation Has an open, collaborative approach with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams Wants to drive value from data while embracing new tools and techniques
