TRM Recruitment is actively partnering with a Recruitment agency that focuses on Recruiting Technology professionals into some of the leading Hedge Funds across the UK and USA.

The business was formed in 2018 and has since grown to 25 people with further plans to expand to 40 people in 2023.

Focusing across 6 disciplines.

Your role

Initially starting out as a Researcher your job will be help assist source candidates initially while developing into a 360 recruiter. The plan for the business is to grow to over 100 heads in the next 5 years and the next batch of graduates will be the future leaders.
