Key Responsibilities :
As a 360 entry level recruitment consultant, you'll oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This role involves developing business, forging connections, and securing opportunities with leading companies within your specific market. You'll also be responsible for sourcing candidates and assisting them find their ideal roles by building strong relationships. No previous recruitment experience is required, as we offer a thorough induction, a tailored Learning & Development program, and personalised training with ongoing coaching throughout every stage of your career with us. Your contribution will be crucial in driving LHi Group's growth and shaping the company's culture and future.
