Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies
Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients
Market mapping and proactively hunting for new business opportunities
Working towards monthly revenue and promotion targets
Managing the candidate database
Developing expertise within the chosen specialism
The Requirements

Minimum 2:1 degree
