About the role

You will engage with candidates and conduct initial phone interviews with them. High call volume, this includes cold calling, BD outreach and following up with your clients. Negotiating terms of business with clients when needed. Discovery calls with clients to get a solid understanding of their requirements for roles that you will be working on. Reviewing CVs and assessing candidates' suitability. Working closely with clients and managing the process from start to finish. Sending CVs scheduling interviews and providing feedback.
