Environmental Sustainability Manager Are you passionate about driving real environmental change in the food and fresh produce industry? We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to reducing environmental impact while maintaining strong ethical and social standards. As a key member of the Responsible Sourcing team, you will lead the delivery of the companys Sustainability Strategy and Environmental Policy. Youll work across the supply chain, collaborating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to deliver measurable improvements in sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Drive and implement the Group Sustainability Strategy and Environmental Policy

Monitor and report KPIs such as GHG emissions, food waste, and packaging using tools like Excel, Power BI, and internal systems

Prepare clear, data-driven sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders

Lead on food waste reporting (WRAP, Champions 12.3) and manage redistribution partnerships

Coordinate Scope 13 emissions reporting and support Net Zero and SBTi strategy development

Support supplier engagement and sustainable agriculture initiatives
