What You'll Be Doing
Join a high performing architecture team to help shape and deliver end-to-end ERP solution architecture across core enterprise domains (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, HR).
Play a key role in architectural design for a large, complex ERP transformation, ensuring alignment with business strategy, operating models, and enterprise architecture standards.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable ERP solutions.
Provide architectural leadership across implementation phases, including design, build, integration, testing, and deployment.
Design and govern integration patterns between the ERP and surrounding systems (e.g. CRM, data platforms, legacy applications, third-party services).
Set and enforce architectural standards, principles, and guardrails to ensure quality and consistency.
Partner with system integrators and vendors, reviewing designs and challenging approaches where necessary.
Identify and manage architectural risks, technical debt, and key design trade-offs.
Support data migration, reporting, and analytics strategies in the context of the ERP platform.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leading design forums and driving architectural decision-making.
About You
Strong experience as an ERP Solution Architect on large-scale, enterprise ERP transformation programmes.
Hands-on architectural experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365
/ D365 is preferred but not essential, however strong experience with other ERP platforms such as
SAP, Oracle, Workday, or NetSuite
is also welcomed.
Deep understanding of ERP architecture across finance and operational domains.
Proven experience designing integrations using modern patterns (APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures).
Strong grasp of data, security, and compliance considerations within enterprise ERP environments.
Comfortable working in complex, multi-vendor delivery environments.
Able to balance strategic architecture with pragmatic delivery needs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior technical and business stakeholders.
Experience working within structured governance, design assurance, and change control processes.
Nice to Have
Experience working on UK enterprise transformation programmes.
Background in cloud-based ERP implementations.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and operating models
