About the Role
We are urgently recruiting two Estate Gardeners for a prestigious private estate in the Ascot area, working under Landform – a leading name in high-end landscape design and maintenance. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team maintaining immaculate grounds for an ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out day-to-day estate gardening duties across extensive private grounds
*
Use a variety of manual and power tools for mowing, pruning, planting, weeding, and general maintenance
*
Work as part of a team to deliver high standards of presentation and upkeep
*
Follow instructions from senior horticulturists and supervisors
*
Assist with seasonal planting and specialist care of ornamental gardens
Who We’re Looking For
*
Ideally, some previous estate or private garden experience
*
Basic horticultural knowledge and familiarity with garden tools and machinery
*
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop skills in high-end gardening
*
Horticultural qualification or apprenticeship (preferred but not essential)
*
A strong team player who can take direction and maintain discretion at all times
*
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a keen eye for detail
*
