Job Description

I am currently working on an interim Estates Surveyor role within a Local Authority for an initial 3 month period with the potential to extend.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage valuations, disposals, leases, and negotiations.
  • Prepare reports and represent the organisation at meetings and consultations.
  • This will involve a variety of caseload mainly in the likes of offices, parks, libraries, depots etc.
  • Support and deliver the Corporate Asset Management Plan.


Requirements:

  • RICS‑qualified
  • Ability to manage complex caseloads and work across varied environments.


This role is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days per week in the office. There is potential also that this could be a part-time role, working 3 days a week.
