Estimating Manager


Activus Recruitment are working with a well-established, multi-disciplinary construction company with over 30 years’ experience delivering projects across the UK.

We’re looking for an experienced Estimating Manager to lead the estimating function, drive competitive tender strategies, and support continued business growth.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full tendering process, mentoring the estimating team, and working closely with senior leadership to deliver high-quality, commercially sound bids.

  • Proven experience in a senior estimating role
