Salary: £50,000

£55,000 depending on experience Location: Bristol (Hybrid considered for the right candidate 1 day per week in office) We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer of glazing and partition systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded estimator to join a specialist product business at an exciting stage of its growth. The Role You'll be responsible for estimating on commercial office fit-out projects, pricing glazing & partition systems for supply to main contractors. This is a product-only role

no labour

but the commercial complexity is real. You'll be reading architectural drawings, identifying commercial risk, and building pricing for projects that can reach £2m in product value. What You'll Be Doing Preparing detailed estimates and tender submissions for commercial fit-out projects Reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications Liaising with main contractors and general contractors Identifying commercial risk within tender packages Working with Causeway estimating software and internal take-off tools Converting between imperial and metric measurements as required What We're Looking For A background in estimating for commercial fit-out (glazing, partitions or similar

drywall/drylining considered) Comfortable pricing high-value, large-scale projects Familiarity with estimating software packages Able to work independently and hit the ground running A QS background with a desire to move into estimating will also be considered What's on Offer £50,000
