Are you a skilled Estimator with faade experience? This position focuses on delivering precise and competitive pricing for faade and cladding packages across a variety of projects, including both new builds and refurbishment works. The role will involve working on systems such as rainscreen cladding, external wall insulation (EWI), and fire remediation schemes. What youll be doing: Producing detailed cost plans, material take-offs, and tender documentation Assessing drawings, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements Sourcing and evaluating quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Highlighting potential risks and contributing to value engineering solutions Supporting pricing and compliance elements related to fire remediation works Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am
