The Role

As Estimator - Groundworks & RC Frame , you will be responsible for: Preparing accurate and competitive tenders for groundwork and RC frame packages

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documentation

Undertaking take-offs and producing detailed cost plans

Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations

Identifying value engineering opportunities and risk factors
