Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

to join their team in Portsmouth. You'll be responsible for pricing projects, (mostly small works valued between £10k to £500k), preparing tenders, sourcing subcontractor quotes, and working closely with project managers to ensure cost-effective delivery. The role will primarily be focused on Estimating. Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions

Analyse drawings and specifications

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing

Monitor project costs and budgets

Support project delivery and ensure compliance

Requirements

Experience in estimating and quantity surveying (construction)

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Ability to read technical drawings and prepare tenders

Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office

Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
