Estimator / Senior Estimator – The Role An excellent opportunity for an Estimator or Senior Estimator from a main contracting background to take ownership of tenders across fast-track refurbishment projects. You’ll be responsible for pricing works from first principles, managing subcontractor enquiries, analysing returns, and working closely with the wider pre-construction and delivery teams to secure work. Conquest experience would be useful but is not essential – strong main contracting estimating experience is the key requirement. Key Responsibilities * Preparing detailed cost plans and tender submissions * Producing competitive, accurate estimates from drawings and specifications * Managing subcontractor packages and tender returns * Value engineering and cost optimisation * Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams * Supporting bid strategy and handover into delivery About You * Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator with a main contractor * Background in refurbishment / interiors or fast-track projects * Commercially astute with strong attention to detail * Comfortable working at pace without sacrificing accuracy * Conquest experience beneficial but not essential What’s on Offer * £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience * Car allowance + full benefits package * Stable workload with a strong pipeline * Supportive, down-to-earth management team * Genuine long-term progression in a good business
