Passion for numbers? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join a growing Pre-Construction team within a well-established construction business.

The Role

As part of a small pre-construction team, you will play a key role in pricing and tendering activities, with clear progression opportunities towards Senior Estimator level. Responsibilities include: Managing cost plans and pricing for single and two-stage tenders under JCT Design & Build contracts Producing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) Preparing take-offs and full cost plans Target cost reporting Supporting pre-construction surveying activities when required

Experience Required

Minimum 1+ years experience in estimating or a construction-related role Experience or knowledge of Conquest software (advantageous) Experience working on projects within a similar build portfolio
