The Client: A well-established and respected main contractor based in South London, delivering a broad range of projects across residential, education, commercial and public sectors. With a strong reputation for quality, repeat business and well-managed projects, the business continues to grow its pre-construction team to support an increasing workload.
The Role: As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for a range of construction projects, working closely with senior management, the supply chain and delivery teams. This is a key role within the business, offering involvement across the full tender lifecycle — from initial enquiry and cost planning through to submission and post-tender review.
The position would suit an Estimator with experience in a main contracting environment, looking to join a stable, well-run contractor with a strong pipeline of work.
Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects.

Analyse drawings, specifications and tender documentation to produce accurate pricing.
