As they continue to grow, our client is looking for a skilled Estimator to join their agile and collaborative team at their Kent headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-value, complex construction projects for leading clients in logistics, retail, and industrial sectors.

About the Role

As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in the pre-construction team—supporting tenders from initial enquiry through to submission. You’ll work closely with the commercial, design, and project teams to produce accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of challenging and rewarding projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates from drawings and specifications.

Analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure value and accuracy.

Assist in compiling tender submissions, budgets, and cost plans.

*

Contribute to value engineering and risk assessment processes.

*

Support client engagement with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.

Proven experience in estimating within the construction industry (industrial/commercial experience ).

Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
