EV Battery Charging Engineer Overview An experienced Charging Features Verification Engineer is required to support delivery within a high-performance Charging Systems Verification and Validation function. This contract role is based in Gaydon and sits within a Charging Systems Delivery Group responsible for the validation of next-generation EV charging technologies. The successful candidate will act as the primary verification point of contact for charging features, working closely with Charging Product Squads, Propulsion Product Groups, Body and Digital Platform teams, and Central Systems Integration. This is a hands-on vehicle-level validation role within a fast-paced electrification programme. Key Responsibilities Execute validation and verification activities across EV Charging Systems including DC-DC converters, On-Board Chargers, AC and DC charging architectures, and BMS integration. Develop, maintain, and execute structured test plans, test cases, and automated or manual test scripts aligned to system requirements.
