We are supporting a leading learning and development venue in Warwickshire, renowned for delivering residential programmes, corporate events, and leadership experiences, in their search for an Events Sales Executive.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, commercially minded sales professional to take ownership of inbound and outbound event sales, converting enquiries into high-value bookings while delivering an exceptional client experience.
The Role
As an Events Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue through proactive sales activity and conversion of incoming enquiries. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from first enquiry through to confirmed booking ensuring every opportunity is maximised.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, enjoys building relationships, and is confident selling event space and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed event bookings
Proactively generate new business through outreach, networking, and relationship building
Re-engage and rebook previous clients to maximise repeat business
Conduct venue tours and present the offering to prospective clients
Manage a full sales pipeline, tracking progress and forecasting revenue
Coordinate bookings from enquiry through to handover for delivery
Maintain accurate records across CRM and booking systems
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activity to drive lead generation
About You
Experience in events sales, hospitality sales, or venue-based business development
Proven ability to hit targets and convert leads into revenue
Confident communicator, comfortable with client meetings, calls, and presentations
Strong relationship-builder with a proactive, commercial mindset
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
