The Role Lead and inspire the banqueting kitchen team Deliver refined, Rosette-standard food for weddings and private events Create and execute seasonal, premium banqueting menus Ensure exceptional presentation and consistency Manage food costs, ordering and stock control Maintain the highest hygiene and compliance standards About You Experienced Head Chef or strong Senior Sous from a quality hotel or Rosette background Passion for refined food and attention to detail Strong leadership and organisational skills Calm, professional and hands-on approach Level 3 Food Safety preferred Full UK driving licence essential
