The Events & Programming Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a dynamic calendar of events and programming that defines the club's identity and drives member engagement. From intimate workshops and expert-led sessions to cultural moments and community-driven experiences, this individual will curate a programme that inspires and retains members. Responsibilities Develop and deliver a year-round events and programming calendar Curate wellness, cultural, and community-focused experiences aligned with the brand Source and manage high-quality facilitators, practitioners, and partners Oversee end-to-end event execution, from concept to delivery Collaborate with marketing to maximise engagement and attendance Continuously refine programming based on member feedback and industry trends Ensure a seamless, premium experience across all events Requirements: Demonstrated experience in events, programming, or community within wellness, hospitality, or a luxury environment Strong understanding of the wellness space (fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, etc.) An established network of facilitators and partners is advantageous Highly organised with strong attention to detail A creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, pre-opening environment Passionate about building communities and delivering meaningful experiences
