Executive Assistant - European Deal Team

London, St James’s | Full-time | Corporate Environment

£65,000 - £70,000 plus excellent benefits and a generous discretionary bonus


My client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and collaborative Executive Assistant to support their European Deal Team based in London, St James’s. This role will work closely with an experienced EA to provide seamless support to the Senior Partner and the wider team across both senior and junior levels. The Executive Assistant Role:


You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the team running smoothly, including:


  • Scheduling and coordinating complex internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
  • Partnering with the corporate travel provider to arrange executive travel
  • Preparing timely and accurate Concur expense reports and tracking reimbursements
  • Completing monthly travel tracking requirements
  • Assisting with investor reports, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Using Microsoft Office and IM tools to manage calendars, contacts, and tasks
  • Coordinating signatures and supporting document workflows
  • Organising and maintaining fund-related files, reports, and presentations
  • Managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks: calls, copying, scanning, binding, filing
  • Upholding confidentiality across all sensitive matters
  • Providing holiday cover for other EAs and supporting wider business needs


Education & Experience

  • University degree or equivalent preferred
  • Must have experience in a corporate environment, ideally financial services
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high‑energy setting
