Executive Assistant (Float) | Leading Tech Firm | London | £75k + bonus | 12-month FTC

LRA Search is working with a fast-growing, high-profile technology firm to find an experienced EA to join their London office on a 12-month fixed term contract.

\n\n

 

\n\n

This is a float EA role with a specific focus - supporting the onboarding of new senior leaders into the business. You will act as a dedicated point of contact for incoming executives during their transition period, getting them operational quickly and ensuring they are set up for success from day one. As leaders bed in, you will move on to the next, meaning this role requires someone who can build rapport fast, hit the ground running every time, and bring genuine structure and calm to what can be a fluid environment.

The Role

Your responsibilities will vary depending on the leader you are supporting at any given time, but core duties will include:

  • Full diary and inbox management from day one of each onboarding
    • \n\t
  • Complex travel coordination and itinerary management
    • \n\t
  • Stakeholder mapping and introductions support
    • \n\t
  • Meeting preparation, briefing notes, and follow-up management
    • \n\t
  • Acting as a point of contact internally while new leaders find their feet
    • \n\t
  • Ad hoc project and administrative support as required
    • \n

About You

\n\n

You will be an experienced EA who is genuinely comfortable with change and ambiguity. You won't need hand-holding and you'll know how to walk into a new situation, assess what's needed, and get on with it.

\n\n

 

\n\n

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or tech environment is strongly preferred.

\n\n

  • Proven EA experience supporting at senior or C-suite level
    • \n\t
  • Ability to onboard quickly and build trust with new stakeholders fast
    • \n\t
  • Highly organised, discreet, and calm under pressure
    • \n\t
  • Strong communicator with excellent judgment
    • \n\t
  • Comfortable operating without rigid structure

The Package

\n\n

Salary: £75,000 + bonus

\n\n

Contract: 12-month FTC

\n\n

Location: London (hybrid) 3 in office, 2 days WFH
