The principal of a very successful family-run investment and commercial property development company working across prime location sites in Central London, is looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant.

80% Executive Assistant, 20% Personal Assistant – to their principal/director, loyal, kind and generous, super busy.

\n\n

The role is mostly based at the principal's home in Hampstead, as she works from home. 1 or 2 days a week in the office in Mayfair (35 people)

  • Inbox, response on principal’s behalf when needed, flagging, etc.
  • \n\t
  • Complax diary, setting up meetings, minimal international travel
  • \n\t
  • Stakeholder management
  • \n\t
  • Liaison with property tenants, agents, solicitors, etc.
  • \n\t
  • Document management, tenancy agreements, DocuSign
  • \n\t
  • Overseeing property management, preparing reports
  • \n\t
  • Daily contact with 3 other directors and other EAs
  • \n\t
  • Involvement wth principal’s philanthropic interests 
  • \n\t
  • Adhoc projects
  • \n

Candidate

\n\n
    \n\t
  • 5 years of EA experience, ideally in the property industry, but not essential
  • \n\t
  • Able to work fast-paced with good ATD
  • \n\t
  • Discretion essential
  • \n\t
  • V tech-savvy – principal is not tech-savvy
  • \n\t
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • \n\t
  • Proactive, resourceful, able to plan ahead
  • \n\t
  • Confident and ambitious
  • \n\t
  • Kind and thoughtful
