This is a pivotal, all-encompassing role focused on enabling the Founder to operate at their highest level. Acting as a true right hand, you will bring structure, foresight and momentum to a fast-paced and evolving business.

Beyond traditional EA responsibilities, you will play a central role in the day-to-day running of the company, acting as a key point of coordination across the team, supporting client and candidate processes, and contributing to the overall culture and energy of the business. No two days will be the same, and the role offers a high level of visibility, variety and impact.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide dedicated, high-level support to the Founder, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • \n\t
  • Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, inbox and priorities with efficiency and discretion
  • \n\t
  • Act as a central point of communication across the business, ensuring alignment and flow of information
  • \n\t
  • Coordinate and support on search assignments, helping to drive process and delivery excellence
  • \n\t
  • Lead on the planning and execution of events, from small gatherings to larger-scale initiatives
  • \n\t
  • Support business development activity, including research, outreach coordination and follow-ups
  • \n\t
  • Oversee document workflows, including preparation of client materials and reports
  • \n\t
  • Manage international travel logistics with precision and attention to detail
  • \n\t
  • Contribute to social media and content planning, supporting the Founder’s external presence
  • \n\t
  • Play an active role in fostering a positive, engaged and high-performing team environment

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in an EA or similar support role within a fast-paced environment
  • \n\t
  • Experience within executive search or professional services
  • \n\t
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • \n\t
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to operate with pace and autonomy
