Executive Assistant to Principal | AI-Fluent | Family Office | W1

1 Days Old

Job Description

He still sends handwritten letters.

\n\n

He also recruits AI graduates from Oxford and Cambridge to help him build the future.

\n\n

He now runs a family office in W1 with a portfolio of venture investments and a genuine obsession with where technology is heading.

\n\n

He needs an EA. But not the kind you're picturing.

\n\n

This isn't diary management and dinner reservations (Yes, you’ll do that, but it’s not the core of the role). This is sitting alongside a founder who's spent years building things and wants someone who can keep pace with how he thinks.

\n\n

You'll run the calendar. Manage the inbox. Organise travel. Prepare briefing notes that actually get read. Chase actions until they're done. Liaise with founders, investors, and advisers who expect discretion and sharp judgment.

\n\n

You'll support his venture activity too. Tracking deal flow. Summarising pitch decks. Preparing materials for meetings with founders and investors. Following up so nothing falls through the cracks.

\n\n

This is a Principal who's still deeply curious. Still building. Still learning. He wants someone next to him who thinks the same way.

\n\n

But here's what makes this different.

\n\n

Some job specs ask for French, Italian, or Spanish.

\n\n

This one asks for AI.

\n\n

Not as a buzzword on your CV. As a language you actually speak.

\n\n

You should be fascinated by it. You should be able to show me where you're using it, how it's changed the way you work, and the impact it's driven. Not theory. Evidence.

\n\n

Maybe you've used it to cut your briefing prep time in half. Maybe you've built a system that tracks actions and deadlines better than anything you've used before. Maybe you've found ways to research, draft, and summarise that have genuinely changed how you operate.

\n\n

I want to hear about it. Specifically.

\n\n

You'll also need commercial awareness. The ability to talk about business and technology without sounding like you've memorised a script. Curiosity about what's next. And the confidence to contribute, not just execute.

\n\n

This isn't a role where you sit quietly and wait for instructions. It's a role where your thinking matters.

\n\n

Here are the details:

\n\n

Based 5 days per week in London, W1

\n\n

Salary from £100k+

\n\n

Travel: approximately 6 weeks per year

\n\n

5+ years supporting a UHNWI, founder, or senior executive

\n\n

This is a rare one. A Principal who's built something extraordinary, still engaged, and looking for someone to be his right hand for the next chapter.
