Executive Assistant | Daresbury | £40,000 - £45,000 DOE + Benefits
(Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week)
Hybrid: 4 days on-site (subject to business needs)

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded organisation seeking a confident and experienced EA to provide exceptional support to a group of senior Directors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, who enjoys managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and acting as a trusted partner to leadership.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Providing executive support to 5-6 Group Directors, acting as the key point of contact.

  • Managing busy, ever-changing diaries.

  • Organising and supporting meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.

  • Coordinating projects and tracking progress on key initiatives.

  • Arranging comprehensive travel plans and itineraries.

  • Supporting Board and Committee meetings, including governance logistics and NED arrangements.

  • Assisting with Board Secretary responsibilities when required.

  • Maintaining accurate, confidential records and document systems.

  • Organising events, team workshops, and occasional team-building activities.
