An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a growing, purpose-driven organisation within the Health Care and Construction sector. This is a confidential appointment supporting the Company Director and leadership team in a pivotal, high-impact role at the heart of the business.

The Role
This is far more than traditional diary management. As Executive Assistant, you will be a trusted right hand to the Director — ensuring seamless operations, financial accuracy and consistent delivery across the business.
You will:
Optimise and manage complex diaries, meetings and travel Coordinate executive communications with internal and external stakeholders Prepare agendas, briefing packs and presentations Record actions and ensure follow-through across the team Maintain a highly organised, prioritised inbox Oversee financial administration including purchase orders, invoice approvals, payment coordination and monthly reporting Support project teams with raising, tracking and reconciling invoices Take ownership of office operations including facilities, suppliers and equipment Design, document and continually improve systems and filing structures Ensure adherence to company management systems and QHSES standards Success in this role will be measured by accuracy, action completion, financial precision and your ability to bring calm structure to a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
3-4+ years' experience in a similar C-Suite level EA role Strong bookkeeping or financial oversight experience Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate needs Commercial awareness and sound judgement Discretion, confidentiality and emotional intelligence The confidence to guide and support colleagues while fostering positive working relationships A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure Experience within the healthcare sector would be advantageous, though not essential.
