Demonstrable experience supporting at Executive Director level Confident engaging with senior management and external stakeholders Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and conflicting workload High level of professionalism, discretion and sound judgement Strong written communication skills, including minute-taking Ability to prioritise, negotiate and influence effectively Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience handling confidential information with integrity Nice to haves
Background within financial services or insurance Experience preparing and publishing Board and Committee papers Knowledge of Board Intelligence or similar systems Experience using Visio or MS Project So, what will you be doing?
Providing comprehensive diary management, coordinating meetings and managing logistics Preparing, collating and distributing Board and Committee papers Supporting sub-committee meetings, preparing agendas and taking accurate minutes Managing complex travel arrangements in line with company policy Supporting stakeholder management and internal and external communications Processing corporate and personal expenses and invoices Liaising with HR, IT and third-party providers to ensure smooth operations Contributing to monthly EA team meetings to support strategic objectives Overseeing the daily running of the office environment Acting as the main point of contact for building management Managing office supplies, equipment and procurement Supporting onboarding and offboarding arrangements for employees Ensuring health and safety and compliance procedures are maintained Helpful extras
