Executive Assistant/Office Manager
We are delighted to present a rare opportunity for an experienced Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join a growing London office at launch stage. As one of the first support hires, you will play a central role in establishing structure, driving efficiency and supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
THE ROLE:
This role is a combination of Office Management responsibilities and Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director. The day to day will include:

- Managing the smooth running of a serviced office and all general administration
- Overseeing facilities, suppliers, health & safety and security
- Creating and implementing internal processes and procedures
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding as the team grows
- Coordinating events and liaising with clients and external stakeholders
- Providing HR support where required
- Managing the UK branch bank account and overseeing payroll (essential)
- Delivering full Executive Assistant support, including diary and meeting management for the Managing Director
The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised and confident taking ownership in a fast-moving environment. You will be comfortable working autonomously, enjoy building processes from scratch and take pride in delivering structure and efficiency. Calm under pressure and naturally solutions-focused, you will demonstrate strong judgement, attention to detail and professionalism. Previous payroll experience is essential, and experience within a growing or entrepreneurial environment would be advantageous.
