We are a recruitment for a well-established Italian restaurant in Central London, seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead their kitchen team of 8.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven chef with a deep understanding of Italian cuisine, who can combine creativity with strong operational and administrative skills.

The Role:
Lead, develop, and inspire a kitchen team of 8

Drive menu creation with a focus on authentic Italian cuisine

Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

Oversee kitchen operations , including stock control, supplier management, and GP

Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef

Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine (essential)

Creative, with a passion for menu development

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Confident leader with excellent team management ability

Package:
£70,000 £85,000 depending on experience

Important:
Must be based in the UK

Must have full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
